What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot, with the final payment made prior to your content being delivered.
What is your turnaround time?
7-10 days from shoot date, depending on current workload and creative concept. If you have a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate it!
Do you return my products?
If you would like your product to be returned, please include a return label or shipping cost MUST be compensated. Otherwise, products will be stored for up to 12 months.
Do you offer refunds?
NO REFUNDS will be issued due to the nature of the work. This is why your brief is SO important. However, given a valid explanation you may request a reshoot.
Will I get a preview of the final imagery?
Definitely! You will receive a proof gallery to choose your finals from, or we can do that for you. Also, in pre-product we will collaborate on creative ideas and the details of the shoot. Once everything is worked out, we'll ask you to approve the pre-production sheet so we can start the shoot!
